Alfa Pizza is a brand of Alfa 1977, a company specializing in wood and gas fired ovens,
fireplaces and refractory
bricks. In recent years
we have concentrated on
our ovens for domestic
and professional use.
Established in 1977
by founders Rocco Lauro and Marcello Ortuso under the name of Alfa Refrattari, specialized in manufacturing refractory materials, and now renamed Alfa 1977,
the company has a mission to become a benchmark in the market for home and professional refractory ovens and barbecues. A family-owned business
with an international distribution network, Alfa 1977 has always been inspired by the motivation to provide innovative and high-
performing cooking tools by proposing new solutions such as ForninoxTM, refractory floor and stainless steel dome ovens. The business strategy combines
