Spring is here and with it comes the BBQ time.
We can definitely say that mouth- watering and smoky BBQ meat is growing on Italians. But how to pick the right cuts of meat? How to get the perfect grilling? How long to cook them? How to season them? Here are some tips to getting that grilling down to a tee. Without a doubt, beef is the meat that can best withstand high temperatures. On the other hand,
the cut, such as Florentine steak, fillet or tagliata, depends on your taste. For those who prefer lighter lunches, we suggest chicken or veal but only after marinating them to tenderize and to flavour the meat.
